Everything on this site is general information about our services and about search. That includes the charts, consoles, sample figures and demos shown on its pages, such as the example Share of Model report, the page-speed comparison and the workflow runs. They illustrate how we work. They are not a proposal, a quote or a guarantee, and they do not describe results for any real brand.

Search engines and AI answer engines are run by other companies. They decide what to rank, show and cite, and they change how they do it without notice. We do not control them, so we cannot promise any particular ranking, traffic or citation outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Visiting this site or sending us an email does not create a client relationship or a contract for services.

The content and design of this site, and the Apex Optimize name and mark, belong to us. You are welcome to quote short extracts if you credit Apex Optimize and link to the page you are quoting. Anything beyond that, such as copying whole pages or using our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse you, needs our written permission.

Please use the site in good faith. In particular, do not:

• scrape or crawl it in a way that harms its performance or availability;
• try to break, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access if someone does.
